Special Education Program
The Special Education Program caters to students with diagnosed disabilities in the areas of Intellectual , Autistic Spectrum Disorders and Speech Language Impairments. Students with disabilities participate in all areas of the school curriculum and are also involved in extracurricular activities such as sport ,ten pin bowling and the school chess club. Students are supported in class by SEP staff according to their needs. The aim of the SEP is to develop student independence and to ensure that they are given every opportunity to access, participate and succeed in the curriculum and transition to post school pathways.
Learning Support
The learning support team assists students who have learning difficulties and students who are having issues that are hindering their achievement.
Parents and students who are aware of issues are invited to bring them to the attention of the team so we can assist.
