YEAR 8
Year 8 Art exposes students who come from varying art education backgrounds to the main disciplines of Drawing, Painting and Sculpture over a relatively short period of time.
A purpose of the course is to enable informed decision to be made when choosing electives for the following years.
YEAR 9 and 10
Years 9 and 10 Art are organised around units in painting, drawing, sculpture, print-making and related theory. Over the two year course, students are able to engage in projects that allow for more depth and investigation of concepts and processes in genre such as the Figure, Portraiture and Still Life.
